All techniques and information imparted on an MTB SKILLS Finale lesson is the intellectual property of MTB SKILLS Finale. It is not to be used for commercial or other gain by any persons not approved by MTB Skills Finale, or to further the development of persons who have not attended an MTB SKILLS Finale Lesson.

PRIVACY:
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to fully process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect include: name, address, telephone number, and email.

You agree that you do not object to us contacting you for any of the above purposes whether by telephone, e-mail or in writing and you confirm that you do not and will not consider any of the above as being a breach of any of your rights under the Telecommunications (Data Protection and Privacy) Regulations 1999.

You should be aware that if the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities requests us to provide your Personal Information and /or User Information we are entitled do so.

INDEMNITY:
The Customer shall indemnify and keep MTB SKILLS Finale and its officers and employees indemnified from and against all actions, claims, liabilities, demands, proceedings, losses (including but not limited to consequential loss or damage), charges, costs or expenses which may be brought against or suffered or incurred by MTB SKILLS Finale and/or its officers and employees and which arise directly or indirectly from any act or omission constituting negligence or wilful misconduct by the Customer or its officers, employees or agents in respect of the goods.

COSTS:
All costs are in Euro’s, unless otherwise stated.

LESSON CONDITIONS:
These terms and conditions confirm that riders enter this MTB SKILLS Finale lesson with an understanding and acceptance of the following :

It is the responsibility of the participants to ride within their limitations in order to minimize risk of accident and injury to themselves and other riders. As bypasses are provided for all structures and technical sections, participants have the option to attempt or ignore the structures within the park.

I have read and understand the terms and conditions above. I also understand that there is an element of risk associated with participating in this riding lesson. With this understood I will not hold MTB SKILLS Finale responsible for any injuries or equipment damage I may sustain.

Il Cliente dovrà indennizzare e mantenere MTB SKILLS Finale e i suoi funzionari e dipendenti da e contro tutte le azioni, pretese, responsabilità, richieste, procedimenti, perdite (inclusi ma non limitati a perdite o danni consequenziali), oneri, costi o spese che potrebbero essere subiti o subiti da MTB SKILLS Finale e/o dai suoi funzionari e dipendenti e che derivino direttamente o indirettamente da qualsiasi atto o omissione che costituisca negligenza o dolo da parte del Cliente o dei suoi funzionari, dipendenti o agenti rispetto alla merce.

Tutti i costi sono espressi in Euro, salvo diversa indicazione.

CONDIZIONI DELLA LEZIONE:
Questi termini e condizioni confermano che i ciclisti accedono a questa lezione MTB SKILLS Finale con la comprensione e l'accettazione di quanto segue:

È responsabilità dei partecipanti guidare entro i propri limiti al fine di ridurre al minimo il rischio di incidenti e lesioni a se stessi e agli altri ciclisti. Poiché sono previste bypass per tutte le strutture e le sezioni tecniche, i partecipanti hanno la possibilità di tentare o ignorare le strutture all'interno del parco.

Ho letto e compreso i termini e le condizioni di cui sopra. Capisco anche che esiste un elemento di rischio associato alla partecipazione a questa lezione di equitazione. Ciò premesso non riterrò MTB SKILLS Finale responsabile per eventuali infortuni o danni all'attrezzatura che potrei subire.
