Since 2003 I have taught and coached a huge number of elite and expert riders, bike guides, racers, and other MTB instructors, all looking for better technique, more speed and less time on the clock.
From Juniors first heading over to race World Cups to elite men and women already racing World Cup Downhill, Cross Country, Olympics or Enduro, we analysed their technique, made improvements based in physics not "feel" and the results tell the story. Many athletes moved from 30th placings to podiums and reported back every time that it was the work we had done on their cornering, braking or positioning that made the difference and got the extra speed or dropped the extra seconds.
After 20+ years, the techniques are even more honed, the video analysis even more refined and the tricks to solve problems are faster and more effective.

I have also worked closely with my husband Matteo Nati who has worked as a World Cup Mechanic since 2013, wrenching for numerous top MTB athletes. Often we have worked together to solve problems in their riding with video and telemetry data. We often find that a rider must change their BIKE SET-UP AND their RIDING POSITION to make true gains, but the adjustments must be made in the right order and knowledge to be effective.
